One in four people are struggling to heat their homes in the UK this winter. But the government continues to invest taxpayer’s money in oil and gas fields – that won’t solve the problem.

We’re demanding the government takes action to lower energy bills now. And provide cheap, clean energy for the future.
The hard facts are staring us in the face. It’s been proven that:
- We can’t have any new oil and gas to keep our climate liveable
- Renewable energy is cheaper than oil and gas. And it’s faster to deliver than new oil and gas fields
- We already have enough gas to see us through a transition to renewables
We also know that moving to renewable energy would create hundreds of thousands of jobs in the UK.
