Politics in the UK is becoming increasingly polarised. The rise of divisive politics and the dominance of “culture war” issues in media and politics means that a lot of us feel at odds with the politicians who should be representing us. We’ll examine techniques for engagement, and other options for political influencing in constituencies where key politicians might be a block on climate action. The core session will last one hour, with time for questions and discussion, but the trainers will stay on the call after if anyone has a specific situation they would like to discuss.
