Megan Hale and Anaïs Engelmann, two of the three co-founders of Team Repair, will discuss how simple, hands-on repair skills can help address e-waste, build resilience, and inspire children to think creatively about sustainability. This session will explore how we can encourage more circular and sustainable behaviors in young people, and why nurturing curiosity and problem-solving is vital for our shared future.

Megan (CEO and Co-Founder) is inspired to give more children from all backgrounds the confidence to go into a STEM career. She is a Trustee for the Mayor’s Fund for London, named on the WISE100 2024 list, awarded as an inspirational woman in STEM at the House of Lords 2023, and awarded as a Innovate UK Young Innovator 2022.
Anais (CPO and Co-Founder) is driven to instill a repair mindset in the next generation. She has authored academic papers and spoken at conferences on circular economy practices and material circularity. She brings her experience of being a design and sustainability consultant, as well as 10+ years as a STEM tutor.
